HR DERBY RULES

• Any player that hits a home run in corresponding tournament gameplay can register for free at the Better Baseball Tournament booth.
• Any player that would like to participate and has not hit a home run in corresponding tournament gameplay may do so by paying the $20 entry fee at the Better Baseball Tournament booth.

• ONLY players who participated in the corresponding tournament will be allowed to participate in the Home Run Derby.

• Home run Derby participants must wear game jersey and have home run registration wrist band
• Wristbands are non-transferrable.

• All players participating in the home run derby must wear a helmet while up to bat.

Bats must follow the tournament rules for bats:

        1. Bats are required to be 1.15 BPF Stamped.

        2. 14U and up must use BBCOR bats or wood.

        3. No softball bats allowed.

Coach or Parent of players choosing may pitch to him or her.

• Each player will get 1 minute to hit as many HR's as possible.
• The player with the most home runs after 1 minute will be the winner.

• In the event of a tie between multiple players, a tie breaker round of 10 swings per tied player will occur. This will continue until 1 player comes out ahead.
