Better Baseball – Event Credit Policy

For all Better Baseball–operated events, teams will receive credit only toward a future Better Baseball event.

No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Credits are automatically applied to the team’s Better Baseball account within the USSSA system and can be used for any Better Baseball tournament or league within 12 months of issuance.

1. Team Does Not Attend Due to Forecast

• If a team elects not to participate based on forecasted weather, the team forfeits the entire entry fee. No credit issued.

2. Rainout Before Any Games Begin

• Teams receive a 60% credit of the entry fee.

3. Rainout After the First Game Begins

• Teams receive a 40% credit.

4. Rainout After the Second Game Begins

• No credit issued.

• Credits are valid for 12 months from date of issuance.
• Credit is redeemable only for Better Baseball–operated Utah USSSA tournaments or leagues.
• Credits are transferable within the same organization/program but not between unrelated organizations.
• Credits cannot be applied to gate fees, merchandise, or non–Better Baseball events.
