REFUND POLICIES

1. If a team decides not to attend an event because of the pending forecast, that team will forfeit their entry fee.
2. Rain Out / Inclement Weather Refund Policy - if a team has started their first game then there is a 40% refund. If the team has started their second game there is no refund. If a rain out occurs before any games begin then there will be a 60% refund.

Any team that withdraws from an event 14 days or less prior to the event will forfeit the entire entry fee.

1. Any team owing a balance that withdraws from an event 15 days or more prior to the event will forfeit the $100 non - refundable deposit.
2. Any team paid in full that withdraws from an event 15 days or more prior to the event will forfeit the $100 non-refundable deposit and will be given credit to another tournament in the amount of what was paid minus the $100.
